Kidsafe Childrens Charity (1105179) helps children to protect themselves from all forms of abuse, including sexual abuse, emotional and physical abuse, domestic violence and neglect.

Established in Cumbria in 2002, Kidsafe deliver preventative child protection programmes to primary school children, with supporting workshops for their parents/carers. The primary purpose of the Kidsafe UK childrens programme is to equip participating children with simple, yet effective, skills to keep themselves safe from the various forms of abuse, without shattering their innocence.

Kidsafe child protection programme for Primary School Children compliments “Every Child Matters”, “Safeguarding Children” and “Safe and Emotional Well Being” and meets many of the new requirements stipulated by the Ofsted inspection framework.

Courses include child protection programme for children, workshops for parents and carers, computer and Internet safety and bullying prevention.
