| Positive mental health and emotional wellbeing (Y5 & 6) can be adapted for delivery with Y3 & 4. This workshop explores the importance of positive mental health and emotional wellbeing and, if children are experiencing mental health issues, the strategies they can adopt to help. |
| Peer Pressure (Y3 – Y6) An in-depth workshop that gives children a full understanding of peer pressure and develops skills to handle peer pressure effectively. |
| Recognising the impact and harm that can result from watching/playing inappropriate games/films (Y3 – Y6) The aim of this workshop is to empower children to make healthy choices about what they watch and play. It deepens and develops children’s ability to do this. The impact on children who watch or play inappropriate games and films is explored. |
| Anger (Y3 – Y6) This workshop gives children a full understanding of what anger is and teaches them to deal with anger in a positive way. |
| Domestic Abuse (Y5 & 6) can be adapted for delivery with Y3 & 4. This workshop explores the impact domestic abuse will have on children and gives them the confidence to speak out if domestic abuse is a reality for them. |
